How to equalize Voltacon & Pytes Lithium batteries 50Ah/100Ah without BMS – Settings

To equalize Pytes and Voltacon, you have to follow the steps below. It is not recommended to run the lithium batteries is USE mode unless it is necessary to run the equalization process.

The battery voltage of the Voltacon lithium batteries can be equalized by using the following parameters:

Menu 26, menu 27,: 52.5V.

Cut off voltage in menu 29: 48V Menu 5: USE

AC Charge current in menu 2 to 40A

AC Output of the inverter must be switched off

Once the equalization is completed, return the settings to menu 5 in LIB or PYL to allow the BMS to communicate with the inverter. This is a special process to boost the voltage a bit higher until all the cells are at the same level.
